Pacific Ro Ro and Ceres Marine Terminal have special requirements for their business. The following is provided for information only. We do not guarantee its accuracy! Please contact the appropriate company for particulars.
Instructions for Dropoffs and Pickups at PACRORO
The driver must have a dock receipt, which must be on a physical paper in a format that is acceptable to the PacRoRo clerk. It is NOT sufficient have this information on a phone, recalled by memory or on a piece of scratch paper!
The following information must be on a printed dock receipt:
1. The booking number
2. Vessel name
3. Voyage # (usually a hyphenated number immediately following the vessel name)
4. Port of discharge
5. Final destination
6. Weight – other than std size cars/trucks (MUST BE IN KILOS!)
7. Dimensions – other than std size cars/trucks (Height, width & length)
8. Total # of units
9. Date of delivery
10.Commodity description
11.VIN
12.Shipping line
The clerk at PacRoRo (Wallenius Lines) will only accept pickups and deliveries at these time frames. 8am-11:15am and 1pm-3:45pm. All persons requesting security escorts after these times must call SPF Port Services to verify if these companies are able to accept them after these time frames.

Instructions for Vehicle Pickups at Ceres Marine Terminal
The driver must have a dock receipt, which must be on a physical paper in a format that is acceptable to the PacRoRo clerk. It is NOT sufficient have this information on a phone, recalled by memory or on a piece of scratch paper!
To received your car from Ceres Marine Terminal you must contact their offices first and talk to the clerk on duty (this is done to make certain your vehicle has cleared US Customs and all paperwork is in order) before calling the security escort service. Once this is done you can then request a security escort by calling (805) 986-1000, and let the service know of your approximate arrival date and time. Information that SPF Port Services requires is Full Name, Driver License Number and Phone number to contact you. We request that you call us 30 minutes before your arrival to the port so we can have a security escort available. The fee for this service is $50.00.
(REMEMBER: Ceres requires a Certified Check or Money Order as payment.)
